The following video contains four of the six handbell pieces performed by the San Diego Harmony Ringers during a Sunday morning worship service held at St. Paul’s Episcopal Cathedral in San Diego, California on August 26, 2018. The first piece is an excerpt from the African-American spiritual, “I’ve Got Piece Like a River” as arranged for handbells by Joe Rodriguez. The second piece is "Song of Joy" [Valse les Adieux] composed by Karen Lakey Buckwalter and published by the Lorenz Corporation. The third piece is “A Psalm of Praise” composed by Paul A. McKlveen and published by Lake State Publications. The fourth piece is a short excerpt from the traditional English melody, “Fantasia on Forest Green” as arranged by Lloyd Larson and published by Beckenhorst Press, Inc. All pieces were directed by Joe Rodriguez. Two other pieces (“Allegro” – Antonio Vivaldi / J.S. Bach) and (“Rakes of Mallow" from 'Irish Suite' by Leroy Anderson and arranged for handbells by Carol Lynn Mizell) were also performed during the Prelude and Postlude to the worship service but unfortunately they were not recorded.

Audio Playlist of Stephen Sturk's 2010 "Coast To Coast" CD:

The following audio playlist contains five pieces performed by the San Diego Harmony Ringers in May of 2010 as handbell accompaniments for Dr. Stephen Sturk in recording and producing "Coast To Coast - Sacred Music of Stephen Sturk."  If you click on the "3-horizontal-lines" icon in the upper right hand corner of the first audio recording ("Arise, Shine for Your Light Has Come"), the entire playlist will drop down from which you can select any piece you wish to hear.  Each of these pieces are on the second CD of a double-CD set that presents music composed or arranged by Stephen Sturk over a period of nearly 40 years. The first CD was recorded in 1990 in the Cathedral of St. John the Divine, New York City, and included works composed between 1972 and 1989. The second was recorded in 2010 by Cappella Gloriana, San Diego's professional chamber choir, with all handbell accompaniments by San Diego Harmony Ringers.  All performances on both CDs were conducted by the composer, Dr. Stephen Sturk.
